"Drove 30 Mins away to get there at 754pm and they had the chain down. When I asked what time they closed "which was 8pm" he just kept replying we closed we closed. If yu close early just change the hours so people don't waste their time"
"Dan and CJ were very helpful when it came to exchanging a size up. I had purchased some crocs that were a bit too small. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt or tags but they were willing to help me and get that size exchanged. Grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond with their help and kindness."
"If you shop online you can use status rewards on release day shoes, or any products you choose….but if you shop in store here you can’t use them on release day shoes, because this store chooses to be greedy and penny pinch, in order to pad up their daily sales numbers by denying you the use of earned rewards. Choosing to hassle and inconvenience your customers over a $5-20 coupon is ridiculous, especially since they’re only earned through previous purchases. You can bet if the shoes are available at other stores like DSG, footlocker, champs, or hibbett none of which hassle over the use of rewards coupons, I most certainly will go there instead."
