"Dr. Narvel is the reason I tolerate his UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! I see some have left since I've last been there. That Renee Hudson should've been the one to go! She doesn't have not an ounce of professionalism in her! She's gonna pop fly with the wrong one, I've already seen her not answer the phone once while I was in for an appointment. She stated the person was giving her a hard time. ( I wonder why) Everyone in that office knows she's a hot mess! She even blurted out my lab results in front of EVERYONE THAT WAS IN THE BACK AND WHOMEVER ELSE WAS IN RADIUS OF HER LOUD, OBNOXIOUS MOUTH! I was livid! I asked her why would she do that? Her reply.. oh, we're all medical professionals! Smh..I had to immediately walk away!"

"Literally the worst experience I've ever had a doctor offense. They are unprepared, the office has equipment that is so outdated. The staff in the front wasn't rude but also wasn't welcoming. The nurses in the back we of 0 help and had no clue what to do with a simple wellness form. I get a get a better experience at a minute clinic in cvs Nobody should schedule here"

"first visit was great , doctor and the staff are really helpful. But since last week I'm not able to reach the doctor or schedule appointments. Update ( I left ) : While the doctors are good I had to change my PCP because the scheduling team is irresponsible and they kept moving my appointments."

"The WORST office I have ever been to. On my first visit, i stood at the front desk for 25 minutes watching the receptionist eat her lunch and refuse to look up. I then sat in a room for 2hrs waiting on the doctor to see me- turns out he died the day before and they forgot to let anyone know. I have fought with them for 4 months to get a prescription for blood pressure medicine. I would rather super glue my tongue to a ceiling fan, than to have to deal with the hood rats that work here. Oh yeah, and the office looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the Reagan administration. On a good note- there's a huge selection of Jet magazines from 1989 in the waiting room, so if you are dyeing to hear about the newest cassette from Bobby Brown, you're set!!!"

"Horrible front desk lady with the tattoos. She’s extremely rude through the phone but nice in person. She will put u on hold for 6 minutes at a time. Very weird. Whenever I ask for papers to be faxed they never send them over I have to call multiple times and be put on hold multiple times just for a single fax. Lastly, Dr Narvel has too many vacation days and is never really in. I am honestly starting to believe that all the other reviews are true about dr narvel just seeing us as a dollar sign."
