"This is the worst office I have ever experienced. Was referred to the for oxygen loss, over a year and still not resolved. Can’t even speak to anyone just leave a message. Other testing from another physician shows nodule in lung (high family history of lung cancer) told to do sleep study! What!!! DONT USE THIS OFFICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE"

"Was dismissed as a patient for missing appointments due to having COVID twice and getting a new job. Always sent the reschedule text but suddenly got dismissed. Was not happy with their approach to service either. Doctor and nurse practitioner try to scare you with telling you your condition is a death sentence if you’re a smoker trying to quit. Went to them for help and was essentially diagnosed with copd and then kicked to the curb. Highly unprofessional!"

"Husband was admitted for large pleural effusion and Md took 2500L off at one time causing the lungs to go into Respiratory Failure. Common sense that much fluid removed at one time causes the lungs to reexpand and causes dypnea due to the large capacity of the lung trying to function after it was limited to a small amount of space. I’m a nurse and refused to leave his side! I overheard the nurse talking in the hall saying good luck on this shift this patient will probably be put on vent! No ABG we’re done when using BIPAP I had to have them order them. Call light would go off and his oxygen was at 60% and dropped by the second and no one around to help I was afraid to leave room but knew the BiPap machine needed an error fixed and it didn’t have a good seal. I had to beg for anxiety medicine so he wasn’t afraid of machine it was breathing for him and he felt he had to fight against it! There were several good nurses on unit and the ICU we didn’t have a problem they were very helpful and understanding."

"While I was outside waiting on a ride after an appointment I Witnessed a female member of their office staff as well as a female hospital staff member standing out front of Sycamore Hospital today being completely out of line in front of the hospital treating someone poorly because of the kind of leather and cloth mask they were wearing and trying to force them to wear a cheap paper mask. The leather mask is obviously a better choice mask in both protection and in safety, as this person had breathing issues exasperated by paper masks. The office worker and hospital worker treated this person like a criminal and even had two security guards there for intimidation. Both staff members were rude, condescending, and both along with the security guard and quite frankly had no clue what they were even talking about. The person was trying to be reasonable, explaining why they needed the mask they had but the office worker and the hospital staff member refused to even listen and came off sounding like bigots. The other guard was actually seeming to take the person's side and was also being reasonable. The person eventually left after being subjected to almost 45 minutes of abuse from these two staff and one of the guards and presumably missing his appointment. On the way back into the hospital the two ladies were discussing the incident and the patient in a way that not only was likely a violation of hippa, but that also confirmed their bigotry when they used an unacceptable and extremely offensive term for a gay person. More specifically they used the term Twinkie. The staff member, the hospital staff member and the one security guard should all be fired immediately. Their behavior was unacceptable at all levels."

"I am seeking treatment due to severe asthma, copd, and dangerously low lung strength and capacity. Despite the fact I have a mask that exceeds state mandate and cdc guidelines, and despite that mask being one of the only types I can safely wear (over seven ER trips in six months due to breathing issues caused by masks triggering severe asthma attacks and passing out) this office refused to let me in unless I wore a particular type of mask that both 1)provided LESS protection 2) restricts my breathing to the point of severely endangering my health and safety, 3) is in my medical notes by ER doctors that I should not wear that type of mask period for any reason. Furthermore, they treated me like a second class citizen because of the fact that I cannot wear that kind of mask and refused to even make any accommodations. I even agreed to wear a shield over my mask if they provided one OR to wear the mask they wanted me to as long as someone remained with me at all times to ensure when I passed out I could get immediate assistance. Instead they refused me treatment. Their office said they would call back to discuss options but never did."
