"Terrible experience with this store. I bought a ball cap which had a security tag attached to it, making it unwearable. They told me that they don't have security tags on their products as it is an on-line store. They wanted ME to send it back in exchange at MY cost. Also, I received a gift card for the store for another purchase. There are gift cards for online purchases and gift cards for in store purchases. They cannot be interchanged. When someone buys a gift card from Target for example, does that person ask if it can be used only on-line or in store? NO! Lots of excuses."

"They are selling fake merchandise! I ordered a red mens XL Champion hooded sweatshirt. They sent me the sweatshirt with a champion tag on the outside but I could tell right away it was a thin cheap material. I looked at the tag inside the sweatshirt and it’s a Hanes brand sweatshirt."
