"We tried three big buttery cookies and they were perfectly baked and very satisfying. They have the classics, iced sugar cookies, snickerdoodles, peanut butter, and chocolate chip, as well as a couple other choices."
"I was extremely hurt and disappointed yesterday. I have gotten many cookies here for special occasions. Yesterday was different. I had correspondence via instagram for an order. The owner responded and said, she would do it but needed my email address to send an invoice. I had been looking for it and did not get one. These were important to me because my brother has been extremely sick and he turns 60 in a few days. I wanted to cheer him up. As stated, I’ve done business before and had her phone number so I texted to ask about invoice. The owners response…”this is my personal phone number do not text it for business”. Nothing else… seems like the nice way to respond would be, “youmust not know we have a store phone number now, I’ll get the invoice to you but next time use this number.” So unprofessional and basically unkind. I have always been happy enough with the product. Hence multiple orders for special events. I apologized and promptly went to instagram and cancelled my order and apologized again. Again zero response. I think good business practice would, be an apology for her rudeness. I guess a dozen cookies aren’t worth her concern. I am very sad about this. Very doubtful I will do business again. I have always been an understanding consumer and know how busy the shop is. HOWEVER, I will not tolerate being treated disrespectfully."
"The rich flavor of these cookies, definitely hit the obsession part of the brain. Ordered out of state, cookies were broken upon arrival. I was offered a refund but didn’t take it, it wasn’t about the money for me personally. Maybe we should look into different packaging or shipping methods."
"Never dreamed cookies this cute could ever taste this good!! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, super nice & makes the cookies from scratch with her own secret recipe & decorates them by hand! She's the real deal! Accepts custom orders for special events too :)"
