"I’ve ordered here in the morning before work a couple of times. Every time The mobile order is ridiculous they need to update it better how can you set your time to 10 minutes but it takes almost 40 to get my drink. Go to a different Starbucks."
"Think about how much money you make a day from someone placing a mobile order and deciding to walk out on it because they waited an hour for two drinks! You pocket that because the person decides it’s not worth waiting for anymore. They paid for it and don’t get it so you basically steal that money from them. Don’t come here unless you plan on waiting over an hour even with mobile order!"

"This Starbucks is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not only are they super slow but some of the employees are extremely rude. On the average I spend 4-600 a month at this location and tip very well I might add. Tonight I came through the drive thru a half hour before close, after being left set at the drive thru for 3-4 mins I was told they were closing early and I couldn’t get a drink…… So after all the money I’ve tipped most of the time equivalent to the cost of my drink, no one could take two mins to fix my drink…. Great customer service Starbucks! I called to speak with a manager but instead got a “ line lead “ Who sounded like a kid and then when I called back I spoke with a super rude employee who had the nerve to tell me “ to her knowledge I had already been filled in on all of this “ bottom line YOU GUYS SUCK!!!! Crazy how coliseum location has 20x the orders yet 1/10th of the wait time…. I will gladly take my money somewhere else…"
"I had a large order (8 drinks) so I ordered ahead and got there later than their eta. 20 min. We went through the drive thru and they said they hadn’t even started the order. So we said we would park and come through in 10 minutes. We did. 10 minutes later they only finished half. So we waited another 10-15 minutes. They made the hot drinks first, so they were lukewarm when we got them and when I finally got everything it was sad looking. They even forgot one drink. Also I want to add that it was incredibly slow, only one car went through the drive thru while we were waiting and it was slow inside."
