"It took me about 8 minutes to get 1 coffee and my burrito meal only came with 1 burrito and it clearly shows 2 in the add and they were conveniently out of orange juice they offered me no substitute"

"I absolutely love McDonald’s New Haven Indiana Location. The staff is so nice to not only me but my 10yr old. My daughter always says “thank you” when we’re in the drive thru and as busy as the staff is at all times, they always manage to make sure to extend the courtesy to her and say “you’re welcome” when it would be just as easy to blow her off and continue on with their duties. By them, extending this appreciation, it shows my daughter that manners do matter, which means a lot to me as a mother. The food is great. They rarely get it wrong which is nice. I always request my frappe in a large soda cup with a flat top which is an inconvenience to them 100% but they get that right 99% of the time I request it. Overall their Generosity towards their customers is just outstanding highly recommend."

"I am highly disappointed at the performance from this crew today. My order number was mobile order 1693 today which is 01/04/2024 I placed my order just before 11am I got inside at 11:04am they printed the ticket at 11:01am so I’m standing around waiting after I got my drink and the guy up front in the vest told me they’re waiting on the apple pie at 11:05am ok cool so so I thought it would be a 5 minute wait BOY WAS I WRONG so around 11:15am he hands me PART of my food which was 2 mcchickens and 1 already ready pie so time still goes by and I didn’t get the rest of my food which was another pie that the long haired guy who was wearing a blue manager shirt said oh they’re done already and decided to send one up front at 11:24am then the lady gave me my pie and I told her I was missing my fry still so she gave me my fries at 11:25am then I left the building. But NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 24 minutes to get food this is completely ridiculous and something needs to be done about this because I am beyond livid."

"Very friendly at the drive thru. The food was just ok. I ordered a fish filet sandwich and a small fry. The fries were soggy. Fish was ok, nothing to write home about. I don't know if it's just me, but I prefer the fish sandwich be wrapped in paper rather than being put in the box. It just tastes better that way. They were extremely busy, otherwise I would have asked for them to wrap it with paper. Definitely quick food. Not always the best food."

"The food is always old and cold every time I eat there. The associate that tended to the dining room was fantastic. She is very friendly and keeps the dining room very clean. I really appreciate a ckean dining room"
