"Thank goodness that Aspen Urgent care is still open in Lambertville! How the new urgent care has a higher rating I’ll never know! Was in and out in about 45 mins. I was so thankful for, especially since I have influenza A and felt like death! They were kind, caring and considerate! I will definitely keep going to Aspen when needed!"

"Office staff are professional. Hardly any wait time meaning 15 minutes max which to me is decent. The only issues I can think of is documentation in a virtual visit and fax communication. I had faxed a work slip on Thursday so I could pick it up Monday. Called and they said they never got it. My fax said they did. They said our fax is so old, then replace it. This is a Mercy location you would think they're up to date on technology. Virtual visit issue this needs to improve. The visit was fine but documentation afterwards needs to be more accurate. I shouldn't be asked what my dates are for work after this was discussed in detail during the visit. It slowed down the process of getting a work slip. Then to find out it was missing important diagnosis codes. Had to leave work and go back to their office again. Thats 2 visits to their office and 1 virtual. Too much time wasted. If I were a doctor I would record the virtual visit then document important data such as dates, medical diagnosis, and treatment, which she did all but the dates. I guess I will need to call them every time I fax to make sure they have received it. I will also need to double check paperwork is accurate. They're still a great place for care just in need of tweaking."

"This is hands down the worst doctors office I've ever dealt with... unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this place... Customer service absolutely sucks and nothing can ever get done with one phone call... And the worst part is, when they do screw up, they won't admit it and act like it's your problem not theirs... How the hell are people still going here? Outside of the one receptionist McKenzie? who has actually tried to get an answer for me on several occasions, everyone in this place (like the girl down a couple comments ago said)--is a joke! Highly recommend to: find another physician! You will save yourself mass amounts of time and headaches! LOL"

"I have been going there since 2011 and seen Dr. Daiber. He was the most who listened to my needs and very neutral - allows me to be a self-patient advocate. SUDDENLY as of April 2017, he's left the practice and the assisting doctor cut me off of half the meds that I've been on for over 6 years. I am now in agonizing pain for almost 3 months, extremely difficult to do any average daily tasks. I've e-mailed and called the office to explain my condition again, again and again - the assisting doc tells me they sent a referral. I've NEVER once got a phone call referral and asked them to give me the number, I will call myself. Nope, they refused."

"The lady's who answer the phones should be fired! I called to reschedule my appointment and talked to a lady on the phone who was not helpful and was very rude so I asked to talk to her supervisor, she hung up on me… I called back and a different lady answered the phone, I begin to explain the situation and she continually kept cutting me off... I then stated that I went to school for administrative medical and this is unacceptable to talk to the patient's like that... I then asked for a supervisor for the second time and then she hung up on me too... I would never ever ever recommend this place to anyone until they get new staff."
