"I got two pairs of shoes on sales."
"Kind of felt like the employees were avoiding helping people, even when they clearly needed help. I wandered around for a while & if I asked a question they'd point from behind the counter. This is fine for me, but it was only us & one other group in the store and you could hear the other people struggling and getting increasingly frustrated. After a while I went over and helped them a bit myself, it was that bad. The people were very appreciative. Bought the best of the bad boot selection for my son & what my niece will hopefully think is a cute pair of crocs, which they seemed to have a pretty good selection of."

"I used to enjoy this store until I needed womens shoes and they rarely have the size I'm looking for. They can order online but then I can't try it on before purchasing. I'm a size 11w-12w and out of the many times I've tried to find shoes here only once did I walk out with a fitting shoe.. Burgundy converse, with unisex sizing options. Other than that the instore sizing isn't great. I just wish they would order in larger sizes so large footed individuals could try on and find the best shoe."
