"Worst pharmacy never have my prescription done on time an always behind"
"I feel this is the worst CVS to fill my prescriptions at. I receive the SAME script sent same time every 2wks. This is the only CVS to never have it filled after electronically receiving it at 1:30pm the day BEFORE! Don't try to say it's insurance due to every other CVS has filled it the SAME DAY RECIEVED even tho I don't usually pick it up until the next morning when my next dose is due. The techs are rude and have no customer care! Again this stems from how management treats customers."
"Very rude techs. Never ask if I have any questions. And when i do, they says they dont know and that i need to contact the doctor. Pharmacist never goes over new meds. Wait times are ridiculous. Sit in the drive the driver through for over 15 minutes with no one in the store. Waiting inside the store for 10 minutes with no one in drive through. Just a very toxic environment."
"I need to get two prescriptions including a pain medicine prescription for my son. The pharmacy opened two hours late because the pharmacist “slept in”. It took three hours to get only of the scripts until I found out that they were out of one. Now I need to visit another pharmacy. I will have spent four hours getting two bottles."
"Always a long wait. Drive thru never open. Had a prescription called in at 10am and it still wasn’t ready by 7pm. No apology or understanding from staff, very nonchalant. I get that everyone is having staffing issues right now, but people often need prescriptions urgently."
