"John was over the top rude the second we walked in. Apparently he did not like the fact that we appeared unimpressed with his store. We were visiting from the NYC area and this type of store is not unique to us. We never experience such passive aggressive behavior, which turned aggressive before we left, from an owner EVER. "I had called touch of lace and ask them if they do bra fittings for crossdressers and they said no they only cater to women so they must not sell nothing two transgender or crossdressers because they don't want to be embarrassed and having a man having a bra fitting or buying lingerie there I think that is wrong they are losing out on a lot of business"
