"Although I didn't make a purchase, the staff was friendly and welcoming."
"Would not say customer service is their cup if tea. Asked them if they could tell me the inseam length on a pair of jeans. They said well you have to try them on. I said I would like to know what your "long" inseam is as some stores deem long 33" others 35"/36" and I need a 35" minimum. She says I will go ask... comes back and tells me I will need to try them on. I said I simply just want to know the length, if you don't know what inseam your product is that's fine, but can you find out? She says you need to try them on... I left. Simply looking up the inseam couldn't take but 2 minutes. If I had my phone I would have done it."
