"There are two groups of employees at this place. One is the nice people and the other is what I call the rude crew. They will look at you like you're beneath contempt, treat you like garbage and act like it's a huge burden to give you an ice cream scoop. It's really disgusting and I have to put up with this every other day as I typically get an ice cream scoop for my kid on my way home. In my opinion, if you aren't cut out to work customer service, don't work customer service but don't take it out on innocent customers who are just trying to utilize your services."
"Stopped here after a Reds game to get a square donut & drink. Heard the ladies behind the counter & ice cream counter loudly complaining how busy they were gonna be & they were shutting down the bathrooms. When my friend said he needed to use before she closed them, an employee rudely replied, “It’s too late, I’ve already closed them.” This attitude & action is so wrong in every sense of the word. Never stop here again. Please re-train your employees."
"Latest horrible encounter at this place… Tried to cash a lottery ticket… 2 clerks couldn’t figure out how to do it. Older lady yanked ticket out of other clerks hand, took it to the vending machine, redeemed it, and then said there was nothing on it. I told her it was on the machine now, and if she’d look at it she would see the mistake. She refused. Took a picture. She wouldn’t even look at that. I stated to her that she mistakenly redeemed my ticket for other lottery tickets. She said no she didn’t and told me to take my ticket to where I bought it. After she redeemed it already of course. Employee theft is a serious issue. You can’t steal from customers. We’ve already given up on getting milkshakes at this location bc they don’t put ice cream in them. You literally get a glass of milk with no shake. This store needs to fire the manager and get a new staff. I’ve never seen such inept incompetence in my entire life"
"Always get kind and helpful staff here! You can kind just about anything in their selection and don't you dear skip the ice cream when you're here.. Gas prices always seem to be decent here without that over charging.. This is a old location I've been coming for years and the as I said, the staff is ALWAYS KIND AND HELPFUL! 5 star experience every time."
