Dairy Queen

"I have had a lot of bad experiences at this location. Most recently, I had a bill of $14.10. I made the mistake of giving the grown man at the window, who could not be bothered to tell me my order total, a $20 bill and a dime. Must have confused him because he forgot to put it in the register as 20.10 He instead typed $20. And ran off to get a child. The child handed me my change and I said," No, it's wrong, I do not get any coins." I could have driven off but the man was rude, didn't say a peep when he opened the window, just took my money and slammed the window in my face. So I was already annoyed. After telling the kid "No" he says, " huh " And takes off to get the manager. When she had a free moment she came over. I explained the situation and she fixed it. Then just before driving off, an even younger kid, female, states, "they're just kids, learning " I'm sorry. The rude man I gave my money to, was at least 30 years old. That's not a kid. He has not been a kid since before she was birthed."

"My husband and I came in to order some ice cream, lady running the register was busy decorating a cake so we did not mind waiting however the problem is my husband and I stood at the registers the only customers in line for 10mins while 3 different employees one obviously being a manager and one clearly trying not to make eye contact with us, walked past us never acknowledging us... it wasn't until the normal cashier finished the cake and came to apologize to us for our wait when my husband acknowledged that 3 employees walked past and said nothing the one that was clearly trying not to make eye contact spoke up and said she had told us she'd be right with us however that never took place because she was clearly trying not to make eye contact with us as if pretending she didn't see us"

"came through drive thru initially for blizzards and saw that there was a deal posted on the glass window if I downloaded the dq app I could get a blizzards for less than a dollar so of course I downloaded the app. I get through the line and everyone including the manager tells me basically to get over it and she won't honor the poster that they advertised on the wall that she's taking it down now. I said she should at least do it for one of mine cause that's kind of false advertising. I don't think I'll be returning and I'll be warning my friends and family to stay away from this location and maybe any dq under this franchise if that is how it treats its customers."

"The food was as we expected for Dairy Queen, ice cream was delicious. However, the experience was made very memorable by the Cashier Glenn! He is a very kind man, who took our orders accurately and was an absolute pleasure to talk with!"
