"Not much to be said other than the food was hot and fresh and not bad for fast food fish and fries. The service was friendly and great."
"We came in for lunch, the manager was rude to her employees and even argued with one in front of everyone in the dining room. I ordered the original melt and they added bacon (I don't eat pork for religious reasons) and when I handed it back to the guy he literally laughed, went to the back took the bacon off and gave me the same sandwich. I'm not satisfied at all. When ordering I repeat several times NO PORK. Mistakes happen but when he laughed it really agitated me."
"Horribly rude staff. Food is never hot or fresh. They won't take care of there lot. Always a 40 minute wait. It snowed today and I tried to tell them that the median in the middle of the lot is not visible. They just said to bad so sad. Horrible place with disrespectful and mean staff. Don't eat here"
"Waited 20 + minutes in drive thru and service at the window was some of the rudest customer service I've had. Burger was good but frys sucked. Tasted like they had been in the fryer a long time."
"I've came to this location a few times when I work in Batavia. The lady that usually waits on me I don't know her name she's got Egyptian tattoos she does a pretty good job. But the manager Kendra she is amazing, I've seen her handle things like a pro I just want to give a shout out to that lady and Kendra"
