"Absolute horrible service! I stopped in for lunch. I ordered my drink which I received promptly. I counted a total of 8 people in the restaurant at that time. My server cut up limes and just restaurant walked restaurant doing absolutely nothing. A person from one of the two tables that were in the restaurant went over to the bar and asked her to come over because apparently she was too busy. Finally when she did come over to me 15 minutes later to take my order, I told her I don’t have an hour for lunch and you never did ask me what I wanted until now, so I just paid for my drink and walked out and will never go back"
"We had a really amazing waitress the other day, at the Eastgate location. Poor things didn't have internet and their POS system was down. They still had everything out on time, cooked perfectly, and there wasn't a longer wait or anything (due to the issues.) I highly recommend this location!! Thanks for having great food, and great employees!"
"Love Applebee's and all u can eat ribs, but don't go to this location. We arrived at 5 pm and ordered by 5:30. 1st round of ribs arrived at 6:10 and ordered the next round and was told about 15 to 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, 2 small ribs arrived. The waitress was apologetic and said she sometimes has issues with the kitchen. We ordered another round and waited almost an hour and asked for the bill, paid and left. The waitress was very apologetic and we still left a good tip. Don't know why management doesn't take action, they must be aware of the situation."
"Came here for my Fiancé’s Birthday dinner on a busy Saturday night. The wait was only 20 minutes. Our waiter was Austin, we loved him! He was funny and knew the menu. The food was EXCELLENT it came in a decent amount of time. Portions were so generous totally worth the money. It’s been a while since we’ve been here but we will be back soon. Totally wish they were open later such a great bar area and atmosphere. Other customers complained the restaurant was not open later unfortunately. Maybe they will open later for the holiday season."
"I ordered my food for delivery. The food was on time, hot and fresh. I received everything I ordered. The wonton tacos are absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend those!"
