"The guy at the window (5:30am) was extremely rude. we ordered picante through the speaker and when we got to the window we asked for extra. we got to the window and we said “can we have salt, pepper, and extra mild picante” he said “well if you asked for it at the speaker i could’ve gotten it” i asked for it at the window and just wanted to make sure i had enough. forgive me i guess. when did it become not the common standard to give sauce salt and pepper? and then get rude when people ask for it??"

"The woman who is I’m assuming manager here needs to learn how to talk and be respectful to customers. Every time I’ve been at the window with her she is aggressive and rude. I know every one has bad days but customer service is a big part of your job. Do better or find a job where you don’t interact with customers. Only complaining because I and my co-workers who frequent this McDonald’s during our breaks are never disrespectful to her. Fortunately, the other workers are respectful, which I appreciate."

"I wish the people Making the food would just take the time to look at what they are serving. Would you eat a cold dried out fish sandwich with cheese when you ask for no cheese. I like this McDonald's I stop there most mornings and it's always great. But afternoon not so much. Please just pay attention to what you are serving."

"This location opens at 5AM, there were 3 cars, including mine, in the drive thru at 5:35AM. Not a single one of us were helped after sitting for 5 minutes. There were people working inside so you can’t say you were closed, and if you were why weren’t the hours changed. Do better."

"The crew were very friendly and very helpful. I asked how fresh the fish was and I was told they could drop me a fresh one. (By the way this can be done at any McDonalds.) Great experience hot food even the Big Mac was fresh. This crew needs some recognition. Very pleased with my visit."
