"Their price on down coats isn't bad, but most everything else is a bit pricey the way they run their 'sales'. I shop at the Columbia Outlet a lot and there is no comparison on deals between the two stores. That being said, I do believe that EB makes good products and I like them. I just wish their outlet was a bit more outletty lol. MERRY CHRISTMAS!"
"Have been a customer of this location for years bought jackets, shorts, shirts you name it. First time something doesn’t fit and try to return with receipt and tag and they refuse. Manager didn’t even look at the return just said can’t return it if because the tag wasn’t attached. What a joke!! Be careful!!"
"This store did not disappoint. It is huge, clean, and offers a vast selection of multi seasonal clothing at reduced prices. I was able to find women’s tall pants at reasonable rates. The staff, Jordan and Maya, were phenomenal. They are customer orientated, friendly, and will assist in any way necessary. This place is a little gem and definitely worth a visit"
