"Rug services not very good. The staff is great and reliable. The rugs are ultra thin, don't match, trip easily, sometimes worn threadbare! Miserable quality. But the worst thing is every tenth or so week they have an absolute putred odor! Clear the building toxic spill type of odor. No resolution with anyone at Cintas about these issues which should be addressed by a reputable firm."
"Grove city location is the Absolute worst place to work , don’t let the good benefits fool you , they do not care what so ever about your personal life and well being, all they want is you there working and they will use all of your PTO for anything they can. Not enough pay for what they expect you to do, and not enough pto for the year and they will get rid of you like it’s no big deal. They can’t even keep anyone so it makes sense. I never go off of a lot of reviews but TRUST ME on this one. And grove city second shift has some bullies on that shift . Bad news!!!! HR manager is fake and will act like she cares but does not !!!! Do not work at this location !"
"This place is nothing but a POWER operation. Nice consistent attention - Tyler answered all my questions and more when discussion the uniform rental business which eventually ending in him earning our business. I am glad I made my decision on Cintas! I would highly recommend using."
