"This was my first time in the store. While eating my meal, I observed their operation. They really have a system down, for inside, mobile and drive through. During a drive through visit they gave my dog a cup of whipped cream. Bonus Points for that!!"
"Went through the drive thru about 9:15am and everything I ordered was ice cold. So much for the fresh hash brown I ordered. Wouldn’t be surprised if the food I ordered had been made and sat around since they opened. Employees were very short and rude. What happened to this location? Used to be the only McDonald’s between Columbus and Cleveland that was worth stopping at"
"Girl waiting the counter seemed extremely bored and would rather be somewhete else. A customer who was hard of hearing needed her to speak louder but it seemed to be too much for her. Also mexican music in mcdonald's just didn't help me enjoy my good ole american hamburger. Thank goodness for another customer who helped the hard of hearing indiviual get his order placed. He"
