"My group (5 girls) had gone to Geneva for a bach party and the bride was interested in checking out Arcola Creek Tattoo while we were in town, she enjoyed their portfolios so she wanted some bees to finish off a sleeve. Ryan offered walk-in hours on Friday so we headed over, my group walked in and he (understandably) seemed nervous at first as we had a rather decent sized group. However, Ryan did amazing accommodating everyone to the best of his abilities, even took a jab at personalizing my piece a bit which I was unbelievably excited about. He was very open and honest about what he was comfortable with, fairly priced too. His apprentice, Nicola I think her name is, was incredibly sweet and informative throughout our visit as well. Additionally I loved the overall vibe/tone of the shop, they do keep incense burning that I feel helped my nerves lol"
