"Dropped something off to have something stitched on. I was informed that the seamstress may not be able to do the stitching because of the thickness of what I dropped off. The day after I dropped it off, I called to find out if it could be done, only to find out that the seamstress wouldn't be in until the following week. I found another place that could get the job done, and get it done fast. I called Sports & Sports to have them put my item aside so I could pick it up. When I went to the store, they had moved it to their Ashtabula location. The lady I dealt with at the Madison location was incredibly rude and has no place working with the public due to her attitude. Her rudeness really showed when she decided to wait to call the Ashtabula location to ring out someone else who had come in after I did, then got huffy and puffy when I asked for a card that had the Ashtabula address on it. I strongly discourage anyone from using Sports & Sports for anything other than shopping for local school items. You will be disappointed!"
