"I have always had wonderful experiences until now. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay for my items with a Cato gift card and it had expired about a week before. Why do these expire? I don’t live close and have to plan trips to conserve time and gas. There is absolutely no way I’m going to run right out to use this! Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I earned that gift card by spending money in your store and it should not expire. This experience will make me think twice about shopping there again."

The gift card was thrown out with wrapping paper then burned by me only 25 minutes later.. She wasn't happy.. "I used to love going in here and seldom left without buying something. The last several times the clothing is not to my liking and I have not bought anything. The associates are friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of cheap shoes and boots, lots of accessories such as sunglasses necklaces bracelets."
