"Already contacted headquarters once. Not about the store per se, but concerning Jodie, who they obviously thinks she walks on water. I complained about the fact that I caught her sharing financial and personal issues about the store and its people to a customer. Today I was in her near vicinity for, LITERALLY, less than 1 1/2 hours and I saw her smoking outside the front of the store and talking on her phone 2x in that time period. I don't care if there was anyone else working inside or not, this is YOUR JOB. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of things AT YOUR JOB that you could be doing than hanging out in front of the store like you're in the hood. There is obviously no one with a work ethic here, employee or otherwise."

"One of the best Family Dollar's I have been to. Very clean and well-stocked. The ones in Cuyahoga County should take note of what a real store should look like and how it should be stocked. Also very pleasant cashier and with the proper greeting when you walk into the store."

"The people are nice, and it's better than having to go into a bigger big box store when you only need a few things. However, every store seems to fill a niche in the community by doing one or two things very well to capture and retain market share. Dollar General makes Family Dollar less than irrelevant at this point. In fact I get dissapointed at myself after walking into Family Dollar when I ask myself, "Why did I come here?""
