Once I located my Jean I was never told the line was only on one side 3 associates were standing at the register and they never said hello nor asked me was I ready to check out. I will never shop at The Great Lakes location again. Bad experience ever"
"After visiting the store out at Great Northern Mall where no one greeted me or offered to help me, it was refreshing when Sam from the Great Lakes Mall greeted me and helped me find an item online even though it was sold out in the store. I also appreciated not being rushed. I wasn't aware of the time as I was trying on clothes and they assisted me as if it was in the middle of the day. Some stores turn off the music and start counting the registers as to provide hints that they are closed. I appreciate that good customer service and will be back to this Great Lakes Mall store."
