"My ten-year daughter went here with her allowance. She saw a two-piece outfit on a hanger (one hanger). One tag said 8 dollars for the shirt, and the pants on the hanger had no price. She thought it was $8. She went to the register and paid $17 for it. She approached me (by the door entrance) and said, "Mom, I thought it was 8 dollars". I suggested asking for a refund. I'm sure they will be flexible about a 10-year-old who made a mistake and wants to refund it 5 minutes later. No refunds. Company policy, no matter how long ago, store credit only. My 10-year-old learned a valuable lesson. Stick up for yourself as soon as possible. She stated she doesn't want to shop there again. Personally I don't blame her."
"Took my daughter to show her where I use to shop as a teen. I realized as a mom that some of the dresses are not for a 15 year old. But the store was well.organized with a great variety of fashion. Very subtle yet preppy"

"has a lot of very cute clothes in a lot of different sizes. they also always have a good deal going on. but they need to have more employees working during busy times of the year. there wasn't a problem for us customers, but it's homecoming season and the two ladies working looked stressed. every time the girl working in the shoe section came out she had to immediately go back in. poor girls, they both had great customer service tho!"
