"When I go in the mornings my coffee is just how I ordered it but when I go in the afternoon it tastes awful. The afternoon crew never pays attention on how much cream they put in the coffee. This has happened a couple of times now to both me and my husband's drink. My large cold brew tastes like cream with a hint of coffee when I only ask for 1 cream."
"In the last 2 weeks their coffee has gotten terrible. Something has changed. Edit: it's been 2 months since I did this review (1/29/24) and the music have changed something, because it sooo much better now!"

"I will pass through a couple times a week. On my way to work in Sandusky and I never have a problem unless the young black girl is at the window. I don’t know her name but every single time she is at that window I get a completely wrong Or shorted order. Normally, if it’s really busy, I don’t care, but I’ve been showing up when no one is there in the order is still wrong."
"Did an app order, my HOT latte was cold and they gave me the wrong donut. Seems to be on certain days when certain crew is working, had multiple cold hot lattes recently , but they are fine when certain employees aren't there. Tried to call store to complain before leaving a bad review, but they didn't answer their phone."
