"Do yourself a favor and go to Woodville McDonalds, that place runs circles around this one and yes I am from Fremont (56 years). Worst service in Fremont. Drive through makes you want to get out of line and leave. Too many times to count where my orders was wrong or items missing. Napkins ?????"
"They refuse to take anyone's order inside and tell you to use the self serve kisok. So...they don't accept cash? I'll never stop here again. I'm sure the lazy employees don't mind. They obviously don't care to work. Only way they'll take your order personally is to go through drive-thru. Worst customer service from any mcdonalds I've ever been too. No wonder the lots empty. Lazy employees. 12/14 3:15 pm"
"The food is good but I work varying hours and sometimes have to be up very early. That being said I have tried on multiple occasions to get food at this location early in the morning with no success. They block the drive throughs and lock the doors all night. So they are definitely not 24/7"
