"A rating of 1 is too high. This place is the worst ever for providing resources for those in need. Funding should be cut completely and this organization demolished. If this is state funded there must be some form of oversight to see that this is a complete and total waste of taxpayer money. My brother has been allegedly receiving services from here. But that is a joke. There's not enough time nor space to recount how bad they are."

"I was a patient of Joe Rogers for 9 years and he helped a lot. When my life changed, all I did was call and ask to be his patient and he returned my call promptly and I started therapy the next week. He remembered my story, so we didn't have to waste any time on the past but could directly deal with my situation. Excellent service"

"I would avoid this place at all cost and if you go there now let this be the sign to leave. I regret not leaving sooner when I saw the signs that the organization is completely nonfunctional. The biggest issue is that no one answers the phone. Many of the phone lines hang up after no one answers because their voicemail box is full. It's nearly impossible to schedule an appointment and if you do your doctor will likely call you at a random time. If you miss their call you will not be able to get ahold of them. The second biggest issue is when you tell them about the phones they'll gaslight you about it. They'll tell you it's strange their front desk person isn't answering the phones because they're so great. Or worse ignore you and blame you for being non-compliant with appointments making it harder for anyone else to take you seriously in the future. Considering how many people on Google maps alone have reported that no one answers their phones someone there has to know, but weare, after all, there for psychiatric care, so we are easy to toss aside like garbage. This issue culminates when you're unable to get your medication. As everyone knows, it is incredibly dangerous to go cold turkey off of psychiatric medication. I don't know whether to insult their intelegence by believing people who work here don't know this or to assume the people who work here are cruel and heartless. It is likely a third option. They're removed from the situation and therefor able to avoid feeling any sort of responsibility for the suffering they cause their patients, and likely can't do anything about it anyway. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk "Power Imbalance in Mental Healthcare: for the love of God answer your phones" if you'd like to stick around for the second session my next talk is called "Wait Times in Dermatology: Whew buddy I hope this mole isn't melanoma because I'm going to be dead before my appointment"."

"I've been trying to get connected to somebody to talk to over a year now. My case manager never answers the phone and never reaches out to me it's been over 2 months since I've heard from her. Beauty my nurse practioner is not caring or attentive to my needs and should not be working at prescribing meds when she can barely understand the information being told to her. Sad excuse for a mental health facility find somewhere else"

"Why is no one answering the phone anymore??? I’ve been with them since 2014 and NEVER seen it like this. It goes straight to a voicemail and sometimes the voicemail is FULL and you cannot even leave a message. I’ve tried multiple lines that they’ve called from. And now that the best psyche is gone, they hired more. All the new ones seem to just call you whenever they want now, either 40 minutes before your scheduled appointment or they are super late, anywhere from 15 minutes 2 hours late!! A lot of us need stability and consistency when it comes to mental health! I like the providers that are willing to take time to schedule your next appointment rather than dump you back into the phone line of the scheduling office who never answers. Not everyone is willing to do that though, mainly the psyches. Hopefully something changes…. I think having the phones answered in a place crucial to helping in the mental health needs of others is important. Or at least clear the voicemails and call back!!!"
