"I've been a patient at this practice since I was 8 years old and am now 41. Dr Gerlach was an amazing doctor and is now retired. I agree with those commenting that the efficiency has gone downhill extremely in the past several years. Providers are consistently late for their appointments- at least a 30 minute wait or much longer. It is difficult to plan your day or take off time from work when the doctor is so late for the appointment. The front desk and triage often do not return calls. Some providers do not utilize Follow My Health at all so you cannot even message them. They need to stop accepting so many patients or figure out a better system."

"Dr. Tristen Henn is the best PCP I’ve had over the years & I am 70. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She takes time with her patient & goes throughly over any questions you ask. Wish I had her years ago. Was never happy with my past PCP’s."

"The Pro's: Dr. Gerlach has been amazing. I first started going to him when i was 6 and I am now in my early 40's. I went to school with his daughters and he was always like a dad. Back in the day he did house visits and wore a flannel shirt and jeans to work until some snobs said it wasn't professional. He's taken amazing care of me and I will forever be thankful for him. The Con's: NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK. it takes days to ever reach anyone and another 2 weeks to be seen. I'm so sad to say this as I forever have loved this practice but it's so very frustrating. At this point, I go to the Minute Clinic across the street for most issues and only to them if I have a serious health concern. I guess I'm old and I guess I miss how things were back in the 80's lol but you just felt so special and important and cared for and I that's what you want in a family doctor."

"Unethical practice that does not put patients first. They defend medical paternalism rather than patient’s rights. It is quite literally their way or the highway. I was unceremoniously discharged from their practice without any warning for respectfully requesting medical justification for the care they required. They lack the professionalism to deal with anyone that disagrees with them. I recommend finding a place that will treat you with respect and involve you in your own care. Professionally, they are very difficult to get ahold of and seem to be inconvenienced by simple requests. They show disrespect for the interdisciplinary care team."

"The physicians are very good; Dr. Cash is outstanding. After almost 20 years with Dr. Cash I moved to Cleveland Clinic as the Clinic's specialists successfully addressed significant health issues where the University Hospitals specialists' services were unacceptable. The office staff at Western Reserve Physicians is decidedly unfriendly--they were great 20 years ago with Suzy and team and have sadly morphed into making the place that one contacts reluctantly."
