"If I could give this place a negative rating I would. For starters, expect to wait over an hour after the doctor leaves for shots and when they finally give your baby the shots expect them to just stab your kid and leave like it’s funny. Second, don’t call the hotline on any holiday. My baby woke up with pinkeye on Christmas Day. This was my first time calling the hotline which the lady was nice but the doctor refused eye drops and told me to keep a compress on a 9 months old eye all day and “schedule an appointment after the holidays”. Which would be over a week out when my daughter couldn’t even open her eye. We came in today for her 9 month appointment that was scheduled months in advance just for them to refuse to see my daughter because of a $155 bill that would be paid the following week. this appointment was for shots as well as a check on her ears for a possible ear infection. My daughter was miserable and they tried to shove us out the door. I’m a single mom working 60+ hours just to make ends meet and don’t have the time they keep wasting. I told them we will no longer be under their care because this is the second time they have refused to treat my sick daughter. I requested her medical records and vaccination records for her new doctor. They refused to release any medical records to HER MOTHER. I left with only the vaccination records and had to get her medical records sent to my doctor to get them printed out. This place is a joke and they don’t care about the parents or children."

"After having my kids come here for the past 5 years, I had to take them to a different doctor. Most times we go we wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes. Often times after the nurse sees us, we wait another 20 for a doctor. There has been lots of miscommunication here, ie forgetting to send prescriptions, not telling the nurses when the doctor is done to administer shots. Lately it has almost been impossible to get an appointment with ANY doctor for a sick kid. Last time I called they said I had to wait 4 days! I’ll be taking my kids somewhere else where they have time for us and respect our time."

"We just moved to the Massillon area and I am Sickened by my first experience with this office. I called this office to get my kids transferred as result of the move, i told the person that my one year old is been running a fever since last night and if there is way to expediate scheduling his first appointment due to the fever. She was very rude, and refused to schedule an appointment before getting the paperwork from his old doctor. It makes me very angry that this office more concerned about paperwork than safety and care of my child (especially 1 a year old). on the contrast , I called another office in the area "Canton pediatrics" and I had a completely different t experience - that office put him on the schedule to be seen today and said we can get the paperwork at a later time ."

The staff and doctors are so friendly, they take you back on time, do their reminder phone calls, and truly treat you like family and not another number. It’s life changing when you have a physician like Dr.Weber who cares, and Office staff who are kind!"
