"Years ago, Dr. Bishop was my pediatrician, and I trusted him enough to seek him out when I had my own child. During the first two years of the pandemic, 2020-2022, everything was fine: the receptionists answering the phones and the practitioners seeing my child were awesome--they listened, they took their time. Then, days *after* the FDA approved Pfizer's and Moderna's Covid vaccine for children 6 months to 5 years and the CDC officially recommended it, I called to make an appointment for my 4-year-old to get his first dose--only to be told by the nurse that the practitioners at the practice are not vaccinating children under five because "they want to wait for more data." So, when my child is in the hospital with Covid, that's the datum they want? Furthermore, the nurse went on to tell me, "Since March when we began vaccinating kids, only about forty-five parents have had their kids vaccinated." Well, so what? I wanted to be family number forty-six. I am the parent making these decisions for the well-being of my child, not the practitioners at this practice. I called around 8:30 on a Monday morning, and by 9:00 I'd submitted the paperwork to transfer my child's records to my family practice, where they are, in fact, vaccinating children under the age of five. Vaccines are a basic part of modern medicine, yet the MDs and NPs here do not believe in them. Stay away."

"Wonderful set of doctors and nurses. Their nurse practitioner is amazing too! They always can fit you in if needed and you don't feel rushed like your concerns arent being met. I have been a patient myself plus now both my babies are patients. They are a great team!"

They never rush you even when they are clearly busy and make sure to listen to everything you have to say and are kind and thorough when explaining things without seeming rude or in terms you can't understand. "This office discriminated against accepting our newborn son as a patient because of the type of insurance we have. They do list our insurance as one they accept and were shown on the doctor list provided by our insurance. They said, "We are not accepting Caresource patients at this time." To deprive a child of a better doctor experience all because they may not have a 'higher end' medical insurance company is disgraceful. Very disappointed in the lack of good character displayed through this experience."
