"If I could give this office, zero stars, I would. I do not recommend. First off, This office does not do prenatal appointments. I am a physician, who had a baby in the nicu and nicu required that we have an appointment with the pediatrician prior to being discharged from the hospital. I called this office to get set up and the front desk person rudely and unprofessionally informed me that I cannot schedule until after the baby is discharged, which presented me with a real catch 22. When I tried to explain the situation, she dismissed me and said call back after the baby is discharged. I actually had the neonatologist reach out to the office as well and the front desk staff was very rude, and refused to let the neonatologist week with the office manager, much less, put her in touch with another physician. And at this point, I went ahead and reached out to professional pediatrics of Hilliard, who was immediately willing to help and schedule an appointment. If you are looking for a pediatrician, I highly recommend you look around and speak with the front desk staff before choosing childcare consultants. I do not recommend this office under any circumstance."

"I have seen every doctor here with my kids over the years, over 20 years at this point with 4 kids. I love this office, and how well they have supported and helped my family over the years. Their staff is always friendly, and they've always been great with all the kids. They've squeezed us in at last seconds around school schedules, and I've always felt like they cared. I highly recommend this office and the care your children will receive here."

"I have been taking my daughter who was born premature here since we had brought her home and she is now 7 years old. The staff is very friendly and yes some of the doctors don’t have the capability in my eyes to treat children because they just don’t seem to really care. However I have found 2 that are very good. Dr. Hamilton and nurse practitioner Lauren are both great with my daughter and will listen to me and all the concerns I have with her. Even the nurses that help the doctors are all vey nice and understand how my daughter is and is patient with her as well. It is hard at times because my daughter gets sick a lot, but they are good caring people if you get the right doctors."

"If I could I wouldn’t even give this practice a one star! The absolute worse approach towards patients!! The physicians very dismissive about my concerns ! If I dared to question any of her ways she threatened to kick me out of the practice!!! I wanted to wait to vaccine my infant due to him having a mild cold symptoms! She made a comment that see he already got a cold what’s next ??!!! I felt manipulated to consent to medical procedure (which I immunizations are a medical procedure) by intimidation and coercion. Terrible receptionist as well !!!!"
