"I had switched from Primary Pinnacle care to healthsource Dr Sneed because noone answers the phone at Pinnacle and the front office girls are rude. We love Dr. Sneed. My mom suffers with Alzheimer's and after a few days of my mom suffering with hallucinations I took her to Dr. Sneed and she did a urinalysis and found out it was a uti and not dementia related Alzheimers. My mom was so happy and relieved to know it was a temp problem. Thank you Dr Sneed for your professionalism and great understanding. All the girls at the front desk are very nice too."
"Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful except the Doctor herself. Dr. Sneed is a pompous, arrogant individual and doesn't have any genuine concern for her patients. She is rude and nothing but a pill pusher. I do not recommend."
