"Thanks to Dr Becker and the staff for working our cat, Phoenix in yesterday even though we are new to their practice. Unfortunately, we had to help her over the rainbow bridge because she had a tumor on her bladder. I appreciated Dr Becker's straight forward, honest approach on the best options for our Phoenix. Their was no guilt or pressure to pursue aggressive treatment. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. We will be bringing our other fur babies her in the future."

"They were able to get our animals in even though we were not clients. There was plenty of parking and a large grassy area with a trash can for your pet's business. Make sure you have your animals under control because it is right on the corner of orchard and US 68. Once inside you are greeted by staff behind a very tall front desk. They will check you in and take any samples you have brought in. It's an open lobby area with bench-like seating along the outer wall. Scale for your dog in the lobby. The building seems to have a corrugated metal exterior as there was a lot of echo, so be prepared for that if your dog starts barking at other people entering or exiting with their pets. Everything is well lit. Oddly, you can see a lot of the cages in the back where I assume they keep the animals who need to stay for a while. The exam room was clean and well lit. Dr. Bitnee and her assistant were very nice and knowledgeable and treated us and our animals with respect and great care. The prices seemed very reasonable in comparison to other vsts we have used. We called ahead to get prices and they were very open to helping us over the phone. Standard itemized receipt printout on check out. The vet assistant took our payment while we were in the exam room at the end of our visit. Had a very positive first visit."

"Prices are great vets are nice. Front staff could use some training in polite behavior and not ignoring people. Not once have I been given a friendly welcome or sometimes even noticed by them. If it weren't for the awesome veterinarians and prices I might not have come back. They did great work on my cat who needed a leg amputated and gave great information when my puppy had an injury."

"They were very good with my daughters German shepherd, they took the time to get down on the ground to her level and let her get used to them on her terms, Dr. Becker explained everything in detail and his assistant was very good with helping him, it was nice that they also take your payment while still in the examination room, the entire staff was very friendly and very helpful"
