"The absolute worst office I've ever had an experience with. You can't get the receptionist to ever answer the phone. This is highly stressful when I've needed communication on worrisome symptoms or when the Dr. has ALWAYS been late. Dr. Bekkam has absolutely no respect for the time taken out of your personal schedule for telehealth visits. I had 4 telehealth visits in less than 6 months, and he was NO LESS than 45 minutes late, if he called at all. The Dr. also failed to give any correct diagnoses to me because he kept blowing off my symptoms as anxiety. He wouldn't even check basic things like my lungs without my pushing him to do so, or run tests before dismissing it to anxiety. Really? This practice shouldn't even be legally allowed to operate if they're going to be so negligent. It could get someone hurt. I'm surprised no one has sued them for negligent malpractice yet."

"Try to have test run that you don't need. Must have something going with Clinton Memorial."
