"DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I'm very disappointed with this place. I brought my new rescue dog (2 y/o) there. He is so unbelievably sweet but has obviously been through a lot of trauma and needs extra love and training, not to mention he's still very young and learning basic behavior skills. I picked him up and everything seemed fine (they forgot to give me back his coat though). Then I get a call the next day saying they couldn't accept him at either daycare or boarding because of a "disagreement" with another dog, and "because of his past." Are you kidding me?!? So the workers there are supposedly trained coaches but they dont know how or are too lazy to correct this type of situation. Unbelievable. And then she had the nerve to say "I hope you get to know your dog better and bring him back." Excuse me?! I do know him and he's amazing. You all are the ones with the problem. Who discriminates against a pound puppy ?!? So messed up. I'm glad they showed their true STUCK UP colors before I wasted money there. If your dog needs extra attention and love, I suggest you take him/her elsewhere. This place is a pretensious rip-off. It also smells bad and they dont let you go back to see how your dog is doing, even though it says on the website you can watch through a window. Their "suites" are empty glass boxes. There is absolutely nothing nice about them. In fact they look more confining than a crate. The entire place is super shady and I have nothing good to say. Id give negative stars if I could."

"Great experience! We have two geriatric dogs who are a little set in their ways so was a little nervous to take them to a place surrounded by other dogs. Dogtopia is super thorough with their "meet and greets" and made sure that our dogs and every other dog in the facility adapted to the newcomers. Also it is super convenient to drop our dogs for the day and add a nail trim or bath before pick up. I don't like dragging them to multiple places so I love this!"

"They treat our pup like he is their own. Everyone is fantastic and our dog can't wait to get out of the car and play with all of his friends. The facility is very clean, safe, and welcoming. All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about the dogs that go there. The prices are very good especially considering the quality of the services provided. A+"
