"Let it be known I would give 0 if possible. My time at this office was not at all pleasant and the least comforting. I began going to this office about 4 months ago, for a few different problems hoping to get an answer as to why I am experiencing issues. After the first appointment I was told to go home and buy over the counter vitamins to help with my pain and use warm compress and monitor any changes for the next 2-3 months before my 'check up'. I didn't think this was at all effective but decided to listen to my NP against my better judgement. After 3 months I returned for a check up and within 5 mins of the NP coming in she asked me two questions, seen my symptoms were still in fact bothering me but again told me to try the at home remedies (despite me already doing that for the last 3 months). I asked if she could maybe tell me a little bit more, or do something other than sending me away or explain why I am having problems and she got very flustered and said that she doesn't see the concern or worry. She began asking me questions and insinuating that I was just there to get pain medication and asked me what I want her to do as far as treatment. I mean I don't know which is why I am seeing a doctor (NP in this case) It got a little awkward as she didn't like me asking questions about why something more is being done and she said she would be happy to refer me to someone else her idea of referring was telling me to use google.. She then said I can just google "Breast surgeons" and find where I want to go to because I've now made her behind for her other appointments. She left and had a nurse come in with printed out places (just screenshots from google) about where I can go. I did not like being questioned about if I was just looking for pain medication. I was looking for someone to help me and explain why I am having problems, which she did not do. I am not a doctor and obviously don't know anything about what is happening and was hoping that these visits helped. 2 appointments and $1000 in medical bills later and I'm still having the SAME problems."
