"❗️DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE❗️ GO ELSEWHERE ONE STAR. UPDATED 03/02/2023. I ordered Sushi from Imperial Wok and I asked for extra soy sauce. They charged me an extra $1.84 and gave me a few drops of soy sauce in a container. This is the 3rd time that this has happened, and I have worked up enough anger to call and leave a review. I am very unhappy. THERE IS A PICTURE FOR PROOF ATTACHED TO THIS REVIEW. UPDATE: Ordered Imperial Wok again from the, 33825 Aurora Rd, Solon, OH 44139 location a couple of days ago, and AGAIN they gave us very very LITTLE soy sauce. I'm very disappointed. What a terrible place and lazy staff. The owner needs to take action. UPDATE (03/02/2023): We ordered sushi from Imperial Wok again. We asked for a little extra soy sauce, and AGAIN, they gave us a miniscule amount of soy sauce in a side container. What is the point of even giving us soy sauce at that point? It isn't even enough soy sauce for one piece of sushi. This place is absolutely horrific. Very very disappointed. Order elsewhere."

"I was on a business trip and decided to have dinner at this restaurant. I recommend arriving at least an hour before their closing time. I had a slightly unpleasant experience when I arrived at 7:55 PM and heard from the reception/front desk that they were already closed. It was a bit odd, especially since I'm not familiar with the area. Normally, I've been to many restaurants where arriving 30 minutes before closing wasn't an issue. Nevertheless, we found another place to dine on that night. We managed to enter the same place at 7:15 PM 2 days later, and placed our orders promptly. The overall experience turned out to be enjoyable, as we savored our chosen dishes."

"I've been to this location a few times now having wanted to give it more time. I have to say that they've been consistent with their service and the taste of their food which have been good. The restaurant is clean and their staff is always nice. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a perfect score is that the last few times I have been at the restaurant my food has come out with a lukewarm temperature. I'm afraid to send it back because I don't want them to Simply put it in the microwave. If that happened to me again would the management prepare me a brand new order? I would be willing to go back in order to find out. The last time I was there I ordered hunan chicken and the picture I posted is what my plate look like."
