"This location (Solon) should just shut down. They never can get an online order right. Apparently they ran out of items which is typical but they need to better. I should have gone with my gut and not ordered"

"Didn't have the meat I wanted ready so I had to settle for option #2. Didn't have any peppers and onions. Cashiers were the only ones who seemed to take their jobs with any seriousness as the kitchen staff were too busy laughing and joking around to care what back ups were needed. This location has been such a let down lately. However it was cleaner than most locations I have seen lately."

"Do yourself a favor. Go to another location or another restaurant. Both servers spent more time sifting food off of the spoon than actually putting food into the bowl. Almost like they per panhandling for gold. Not even a full spoonful of meat. The portions....atrocious and the lack of personable service. This has to be a problem with ownership or management or both. First and last time we tried this location. Oh and a bowl should be filled"

"I have ordered from here a handful of times giving benefit of the doubt when the order was bad. The last three times were consistently poor. I ordered a burrito where three of the toppings were missing. Then I ordered online delivery another time for crispy tacos. They sent me soft tacos wrapped up and crumbled up into a foil ball. Today, I ordered crispy tacos for pickup and a burrito . Once again three soft shells instead of crispy and they were crumbled up into a ball , and the burrito was not doubled wrapped as ordered and the single tortilla fell apart and had holes in it. Online customer service offered me a free drink . I don’t want a pop I wanted crispy tacos and for some reason I never get them. Change your app if you do not offer them. Or message the customer and offer a refund . I think I’m out of chances for this chipotle location. I would avoid ."
