"The service was terrible. We were fed fried rice made with brown rice and were told that that's how the dish was made. We had family who worked there, and we know for a fact that white rice is used. When asked for a chicken dish that was almost over, we were told that it's not available, and we'd have to wait for 30 minutes just to get that single dish. We wanted a refund since the fried rice was absolutely terrible, and the lady tried to scam us by saying that the refund was initiated and that we should leave. When we asked for a receipt of the refund, she then proceeded to ask us the actual details and actually started the refund process. All the while, she was glaring at us like we were in the wrong!"

"They are out of most things whenever we go whether it's 2 pm or 6pm. It never seems to be busy. It's really bad when they don't even have fried rice half of the time when we go. I would understand I'd they were out of things during a meal rush or right before closing. We try to be understanding but one of the last times we went they were literally out of 2/3 of everything on their menu."

"This place is a complete rip off. Their door is always undercooked. They short the amount of food you’re supposed to get based on the size you order and staff rude. If you order the bigger plate the give you the same portion size for if you order the regular plate but charge you for the higher price. I got the shrimp as one of my entrees and they literally gave me three pieces up charged me."

"Today was my first time at a Panda. In my opinion the food was edible but I wasn't crazy about it. The orange Chicken was a bit soggy for my taste prolly due to how ever long it sat in the sauce. The rice was delicious but very dry. I got the teriyaki chicken. It was very fatty, hardly any meat. The cream cheese ragoons were delicious."

"Would give no stars if possible, I placed an online order and marked that I wanted s&s and extra. Go pick up my order and get back to work and no s&s, like come on its not that hard to put sauce in a bag for an order. Then went back to get the s&s and they only wanted to give me 3 packets for 3 different plate orders. Come on now do better."
