"Tonight was a busy night, Thursday bogo boneless. Had an 45 mins weight arrived in time food was warm. Asked for a reorder Mr Mike the manger was pleasant n calm in the busy atmosphere n remade my order with no problem n fast."

"This place is terrible. Spend your hard earned money anywhere else. If you want wings go anywhere else. Shoot even Donatos has better wings and larger quantities. I ordered a 10 piece traditional and it looked like McDonald's wings when they had theirs. I took a picture but can't leave it here. Now, the fried pickles are good. So there's that. To add to this my 10 piece wings with fried pickles came out by themselves. So my wife, 5 year old and 1 year old had to sit and wait for theirs. Mind you.. my 5 year old ordered Mac and cheese with chips and my wife ordered the sampler. Why is food not coming out together? Another complaint is the people who sat down after we ordered got their food before my wife and children. I'm honestly don't think the management care. The waitress took my complaints to them. I saw her walk back to their office, the music broke and I could hear an overexagerated "what am I going to do, say I'm soooo sorry?". Then she came out and handled it herself. If there were an option to rate management it would be a negative star."

"I visit pretty regularly and always have great service and of course I come for my basic wings to serve the crowds. This time there was so many compliments on the taste and flavor of the entire food I was actually impressed. Not sure what's changed because hey every thing been good but not delish... Everything was better from service flavor and readiness....Whatever is new y'all keep it up!!! Came Thursday around 2pm. Props off to the crew"

"I was not impressed with this Buffalo Wild Wings today. We do not come here often but thought it sounded good. We got there around 8pm. My arrived 10 minutes later. She had to wait 20 minutes for her drink order to be taken and served. We order the Cheese Curd appetizers, and only received the side order. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the size of the plate. Very small. Once our order was placed, the food took the a little longer than the average wait time, but the food was cold. It was not what we expected and we didn’t want to eat it. We immediately decided we just wanted boxes and to go home. We sat around for an hour longer & finally received our boxes. They were not as busy as normal for a Friday night. Not worth waiting around for an hour. The server was still friendly despite our wait times. I understand being a server can be stressful, so there is no hate towards our server. He was very kind. I was not impressed with the food. For $70 for 3 people, I would expect a little more."

"Too noisy to have a conversation. Haven’t been back. Todsy I’m ordering food for a luncheon. All I know is I’m getting wings and fries. Couldn’t get an answer about how many wings I should get I love wings but just mild. But my guests might like something else. She kept pushing the wings that came with fries. What do I do with cold fries. I realize they make their money from alcohol but I’m not going where I can’t hold an intelligent conversation."
