McDonald's

"The men's restroom has no soap in it to wash my son's hands before they eat. We sit in the play area with our children waiting on our food and all we can smell is the aroma of urine. Can't even eat my food due to the smell it's that strong. There is still breakfast trash sitting on the floor and it's well after lunch going onto dinner. While we are sitting here we see plenty of associates in the back slacking off while it looks like the owner or district manager of the store is on her laptop in the dining room talking to the police over a dispute with some "homeless" people (their words not mine) fighting and one "threatened another to stab them with a knife" all of this going on while all I'm trying to do is bring my sons into have a quick bite and maybe some enjoyment from the play area while we are here. Sad someone needs to come SCRUB this from head to toe or we won't be back"

"All together, I waited an hr and a half for service today. The second time I waited for a mobile order which I called beforehand to ask if their ice cream machine was working, because usually none of them ever are. The lady told me yes. I wait over a half an hr get up to the window and the lady says oh no our ice cream machine is down....are u freaking serious so I got a refund needless to say this mc Donald's on north main st in marion ohio sucks! It's always long waits and just sucks. I will travel further distance to the mc Donald's by walmart for now on, although that location probably won't be much better."

"Website took forever to load.I messed with it for probally half hour or so but still no luck, sooI couldn't order online. Then waited in drive thru line for 15 mins and THEN they didn't sale what I wanted, which was your family dinner bundle ... but she said that was only online BUT I couldn't do that .... I wasted over an hour of my time....at least the girl taking the order was nice and had a great smile which made my mood a little better."

"I'd like to thank the staff and management at this location for giving me the chance to sit and wait for my apple pies to be ready. I'm especially grateful to have sat there for those minutes I wasted, only to find they hadn't even put the pies in the bag went they brought it to me. But, it's my fault, I should have checked the bag before I went back to work. What was I thinking, expecting to get what I paid for. Next time, I'll go to Wendy's. I won't waste any more time driving there than I did waiting for food I didn't get!"

"Alright. So, we all already have a pretty low bar set, for fast food. (Me included) However, my guilty pleasure, happens to be a double quarter pounder (with cheese) from McDonald's. That's real. This SHOULD be your "go to" order if you want a burger from em. I'll tell ya why; these are the only ones (as far as I know) that they are making fresh. Doesn't hit the grill, until your order. That was a BIG change for them! So long as they season well, these are absolutely wonderful. Super simple toppings, a Lotta fat, and cheese.... Come on... Not much more to ask, from a cheeseburger. I just order 4 of the damn things...lol. My personal favorite."
