"It lost a star because I fear 5hey have changed the hamburgers. 4 weeks ago I got the best burger, juicy ,tasty,flavorful. Went last week and it was so terrible I ate my mozzarella Stix and drank my drink and after 3 bites of my burger threw the burger out. COME ON DONT SCREW UP THE ONLY BURGER IN TOWN THAT TASTES LIKE BEEF!"
"3 times I have been here and was up charged for something I didn't order.. then we are sent to wait in the lot and was not even given straws to at least enjoy our drink while waiting over 20 min... For a sandwich that looks about as appealing as a rat burger!!!(slop ).. above all this the price of it all ridiculous!! Almost $40 for 10piece wing and a burger that was upcharged .. not worth the time of waiting for such bad quality and such a high price.. I asked for no lettuce I guess that means remove the tomato as well...not at all good with directions either"
"Driving up you could see all the employees out side smoking. Then we saw the cook outside with his apron and all we could hope is that he washed and put on gloves when dealing with our food. Then you get to the video and the AI missed most of food and then we got to the window the person made a smoothie with our gloves. Then they gave us one of the wrong sandwiches. But at least the food was good."
"They’re not letting the fries (or anything else) drain cause they always taste like grease, And the lettuce is always dark meaning it’s not being changed like it’s supposed to. The prices are getting ridiculous Plus they be closing mad early sometimes don’t know what that’s about but ok. Other than that the place is good"
"Didn’t have the best experience at this Rally’s. I got home with my order and was missing two out of my four sandwiches that I paid for. I purchased a 5 piece fry seasoned chicken strip and half of them were non edible, dry, chicken jerky (pictured) I was very disappointed as it was $8.99 for the 5 piece. My family was very disappointed with dinner and this restaurant. Was not worth the $31 I paid."
