"I have used Wuf for few years now with my Golden. While they do have strict policies for their OTR location on drop off and pick, its simply because they cannot accommodate kenneling your dog. I do find the Ft. Thomas location a little easier to navigate because its not as busy of a neighborhood and has a little bit more space. As for having to re-schedule, I try my best to get the dog to their appointment and respect the groomers time and fact they rely on appointments to make a living. In one instance I had to reschedule and did so with in 24 hours, the owner is very sweet and was very accommodating for to make that happen. As for groomers, when we switched to the Ft. Thomas location, I really loved using Maddie and found her to take her time with our old furry gal, which made everyone happy. Maddie was patient and our furry gal, while she wasn't always thrilled about going to the groomer, didn't seem to have hesitation with Maddie. We will continue to use Wuf with all our dogs "

"I have been bringing my dog, Cooper, to Wuf Pet Spa for 4.5 years now. We have been seeing Daisha the entire time and have never had anything less than a stellar experience. My dog was a rescue and can be extremely anxious. Over the years, Daisha has worked to meet him where he is on good days and bad days and I can't describe how much that means to Cooper or to myself. While the service they provide aren't cheap, you get what you pay for and not once have I ever considered taking Cooper somewhere else. Obviously 5 stars from us!"

"Stephanie always does a great job grooming my standard poodle. I consistently have people ask where she is groomed and if she just got cut, even 6 weeks out from her last grooming. I love that they don’t kennel the dogs as well. Highly recommend!"

"I love this place! I’ve tried 3 different groomers but I keep coming back to Wuf because no can groom my guy better than Wuf. They truly take their time with your pet and I know they care about each and every pup they groom. I have a 65lb Chow + Great Pyrenees mix and he has a LOT of fur so grooming him is no small job. I always go with whichever groomer is available at booking and they have all done great!! Can’t wait for their new location in Ft Thomas - this will be so convenient for drop off and pick up."
