"I have been dissatisfied with this service a few times, the only time I go back is when I’m desperate and it’s literally a skip and a hop from me. These people always shave my dog bald resulting in my poodle looking like wishbone. After reading the reviews I now realize I wasn’t overreacting they’re always in a rush, do a rush job and don’t follow specific directions as to how you want your dog cut no matter how good you try to explain. They will lie and say your dog was matted so that they can shave him/her bald (as other reviews can confirm) out of laziness, and the hair that they do leave is never even. My advice to them would be to SLOW DOWN! And LISTEN to what the customer wants."

"I have been bringing my pet here for a number of years and the ladies are always Pleasant and polite. They have work with me on several occasions with my schedule for as getting my four-legged child in to get groomed. He always get excited and happy when we arrive there not once have I ever experienced anything bad or negative with the ladies that work at this establishment."
"This is an AWESOME place! I have taken my 2 little dogs to a lot of places and, by far, this place does the best job! Connie is great with my pups (especially with the maltese that has anxiety issues). They always leave there looking great and the pricing is amazing."
