"When I called to ask whether this business could give my constantly itching cat a bath the answer was yes, but the man i spoke with suggested I first try changing the cat's diet and/or have a vet assess the problem. Most cats, he added, react fiercely to being bathed. Taking the advice, I changed to grain-free cat food and the problem seems to have nearly vanished. I appreciated the good advice."

"After several attempts to reach Something special to have my elderly fur baby groomed, I finally received a call back. I was shocked at her snarky demeanor. She acted as though I was really putting her out and then informed me she won't groom older dogs! I consider this a blessing in disguise, I wouldn't want anyone so rude to even touch my "Something special"."

"I took my dog there for an appointment at 11 a.m. when I made the appointment I explain to the girl that I live in 40 minutes away and did not want him there all day. She told me he should be done in a couple of hours. My husband and I just looked around town and basically hung out until it's time to pick him up. Because it was about 2:20 p.m. he had only been giving a bath a short time before we got there and had even been touched. My husband and I both take medication at 3 p.m. I was extremely unhappy with the fact that she took a large dog that needed a lot of work before she took my dog. He was just in there for a trim. I will not be taking my dog back there due to the fact that he does not do well sitting at a groomer all day in a cage and we had specify this prior to taking him. I would not recommend this place if you don't have all day to wait!"

"If you don't care about a professional well run business and you want to pay dirt cheap prices for who knows what actually happens this is the place for you!!! The owner doesnt have the time needed to run her own business she "has a life besides grooming" this includes during work hours. Called the shop during work hours to set up appointment left a voicemail didn't hear back so 3hours later I called the owners cell phone and left a voicemail and also sent a text got a response from the text saying she was driving and would call shortly. 5hours later I messaged saying I hope I didn't miss the call. Response was nope sorry was busy will call you later. Ok 5 hours later I asked if she was still grooming dogs and if she was the owner because it was a very unprofessional experience and you wouldn't believe the responses I got and am still getting all I can say is I hope she was drunk. Good luck felt I needed to share my experience."

"They always do a great job with my girl. Cheapest place for nails. Wonderful prices all around with the best bag for your buck. It's important people are gentle with my dog as she's a very nervous dog. They're great and she's always so clean afterwords!"
