I had a counselor named Sarah Robb we did online meetings together we worked over a year on my problems not only she could help me but she couldn’t solve my problems she thought somebody else would be better for me but really down deep she was doing a great job and she wasn’t realizing it I didn’t give enough credit to her what she did for me. I had a lot of mental illness still today. You will be deeply missed by me. She changed me for the greatness and I wish she was still my counselor Thank you Will"

Ben has really been coming out of his shell and expressing himself, and he looks forward to the sessions. The office is a comfortable space for people of all ages. The staff is friendly and intelligent, and I've always found them to be well-organized and punctual. Would recommend!"

"Very disappointed with the care, or lack thereof received for my daughter. The office staff is for sure the problem here. I called with a life threatening mental emergency and my daughter was scheduled to be seen. They said they scheduled her for a visit a week out and I would rcv an email to make an account or whatever. Week came but never received the email, I call back and the office staff said she wasn't even scheduled because they put my daughter with a counselor who couldn't see kids. Did they call me to tell me that, no!!! So they wanted to make her an appointment three weeks out. I said my daughter was having suicidal thoughts and needed to be seen. They were able to scheduled her for a week later. She was seen by a wondful counselor and we were told the appointments were set up for her to be seen weekly. Surprise surprise, no appointment were scheduled after her initial appointment. So I went elsewhere to seek care for my daughter. I needed a place who would take her mental health seriously. Now I am receiving a bill for her copay... I PROMISE I will not be paying bill. If they want to send me to collections for 30.00 that's on them. There multiple mistakes, oversights and carelessness could have cost my daughters life. Please save yourself valuable time and seek help elsewhere. This place doesn't care!!!!"
