"I absolutely enjoyed my whole entire experience with this hospital during my pregnancy. Everyone was wonderful and so caring, they treat you like family. My only concern was that they discharged my newborn son when he wasn’t eating correctly due to a medical issue that wasn’t addressed properly. I feel like every baby should be eating correctly upon discharging. Other than that this hospital was amazing!!! The doctors and nurses where the best!"

"Editing my review to 1 star. Night staff was patronizing and didn't care that I was bleeding everywhere, just as long as their tests were ran and their liability was covered. Seriously, the miscarriage care in this country is a joke. Basically wanted to poke up in my v*gina and still have me wait an hour to even have an ultrasound. Nurse told me "I've had several kids and miscarriages so I know how this works." Yeah I also had Living kids too but at least the L&D department didn't humiliate me. When I signed the AMA in the hospital to leave, staff went "oh I thought privacy was super important?" When did women get so callous about other women"

"Care Quality was horrifying! My boyfriend and I were taken in by EMT for a head on collision with a semi. My 5-year-old grandson was transported by his mother, who followed the squads to the same ER. Immediately, 4 nurses start grabbing at me and ordering me to the bed from the gurney. I asked them to stop, being a survivor of Domestic Violence and being in so much pain, I can't have folks grabbing me. One nurse snapped at me, telling me again to get in the bed. I did tell her to shut up, I've gotta do this, as she rolled her eyes and snapped back at me again. The female EMT told her that I have PTSD from previous abuse and I needed to move myself. At one point, I told a nurse that I needed to use the bathroom and she said she needed to see if the doctor wanted a urinalysis, but never returned for 20 minutes. I used to nurse call button, telling that responding nurse that 20 minutes prior, another nurse was supposed to help me to the restroom. Kimberly B (or "D"), RN came in, lowered my rail, flipped my sheet off my legs and told me, "Well, get up and go!" I said, "Excuse me?" Kimberly repeated, "Well, get up and go!" (My daughter, whose son was in the vehicle during the accident, was on the phone in the waiting room listening.) I told her that I was told by the previous nurse that I wasn't supposed to walk on my own due to my knee injury and possible head injury. Kimberly's response, "Well, I don't know your situation!" I asked her why she would have me up and walking without assistance if she didn't know my situation, which she never offered UNTIL she found out there was someone in the bathroom across the hall from my room. She never even offered me a 2nd gown to cover my backside. At this point, I told her to get outta my face, do not step back in my room, and please get me your supervisor. I hobbled across the hall to use the restroom just to watch the blood in my knee pool and swell. By this time, my oldest daughter was walking into my room and asking why I was up and walking on my own. She stepped out in the hall and stopped the doctor and asked for a supervisor, he sent in the Patient Advocate. He supposedly talked to Kimberly B (D?), RN, yet I never received an apology from that rude woman and I doubt she was told to go home or fired. The doctor came in as the advocate was leaving and proceeded to tell me to lay back on the bed so he could examine a muscle in my diaphragm that was spasming. I couldn't lay flat because the muscle kept pulling me back into a tight sitting position. The doctor then decides to tell me, with my oldest daughter present, "I need you lie back, it's not like I'm going to torture you!" My daughter snapped back and asked, "Why would you say that to a survivor of Domestic Violence? My sperm donor tortured my mom too often for 16+ years." His response, "Maybe that was a poor choice of words." No apology, no sincerity in his response, just sarcasm. They never looked at the spasming muscle, which could be seen through the skin, the female EMT saw it and could feel it jumping. Before leaving the room the doctor asked and mocked me when I refused the neck collar. I didn't refuse treatment, the collar is a form of restraint that I can't tolerate due to prior abuse. They were pushing hard for narcotics for pain, I can't take any due to being hypersensitive to all narcotics. They never took an urinalysis (no urine collected), yet my chart says completed, which means the account will be charged for it. It took 3 hours for my 5-year-old grandson to be seen after receiving a blow to the head by a 10# piece of frozen meat during the head on collision. All 3 of us, my boyfriend, my grandson and I, were released at the same time...5 hours after we arrived! They didn't even do a head CT on my grandson, and he was struck in the temporal lobe. His exam included jumping up and down and a, "He'll be fine." from the same doctor that saw me. These folks need to be fired, or special training needs to be applied because Kimberly B (D), RN and the doctor were mentally, emotionally and physically abusive!"

"Went in they were super busy understandable. What was not understandable is when I told them I felt like I was going to pass out and actually fell down to sit on the floor for "safety". Also not understandable is the Dr coming out giving personal information to a patient to where everyone hears without ever asking that patient if it was okay. Also not understandable is a low 02 reading and chest pains waiting 3 hours and being treated like dirt never to be seen because might as well die at home then in a waiting room not being cared for. Going to a different hospital and refuse this place and will tell everyone about it"

"The line for the ER was terrible. And they were discussing people's problems with the door open so everyone could hear. There was a girl with a miss carriage sitting next to my gf with blood everywhere. And my gf was also having very low oxygen level and a fever of 102 with very bad chest pains. They told her to sit on the floor while she is on the verge of passing out. They even had the ambulance drivers standing in line. How this hospital is still around is beyond me."
