"The doctor showed up 15 minutes late to me appointment. Started to walk to another employee about vacation in front of us for another five minutes. Until I stepped up and talked to her. There were no prices listed. When I asked, back to school physical cost $100. Everywhere else $25. Bottom Line upfront: horrible customer service. Way over priced. And the dr was rude."

"Went there today and had to be seen and I saw S.Akbar,MSN,FNP-C Family Nurse Practitioner and she was excellent and very through to my medical needs.I have been to many doctor offices in my life but this lady is one of the best and it is a nice place to go if you have too.Moving from another state and not getting into a doctor yet it was a great choice to go here,Thank you."

"Don't waste your time going here. Use a teledoc instead! The woman doctor didn't take my husband seriously and refused to give him a note or treat him. Unless you want to be forced into a COVID test I recommend staying the hell away from this place. They won't treat your illness UNLESS YOU TAKE A COVID TEST. He didn't even have any SYMPTOMS of COVID."

"My neurologist stopped practicing and because of some issues in my life, I never got the paperwork about it (I moved and apparently this never got forwarded during COVID with some of the USPS fun). My doctors had filled my last prescription and I burned through it not knowing I was doing so. If you've never had a specialist, what you might not know is that it can take months to get an appointment. But what you NEED in these times is a primary care physician. I had just moved to the state and didn't have either to help me out. This Minute Clinic got me a 30 day prescription so I could get a primary care physician established while I also worked on getting a full time neurologist set up. You have no idea how life saving something like this is."

"I brought my daughter into the minute clinic while we were in the area visiting my mom. We had a great experience, Sara was great with my daughter and we walked right into the clinic. Sara was very friendly and not intimidating towards my daughter at all. I would defiantly recommend the CVS minute clinic in Wooster if you are in the area and need a quick no hassle appointment."
